Club Description

The International Burch University Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Student Branch (IBU IEEE  Student Branch) was founded in October 2016  by students of the Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineers. Its role is to facilitate the active exchange of information and technological skills among its student-members and to organize events, such as conferences, seminars and workshops, to educate its members and to activate academic audiences. It also organizes groups of undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as professors, to conduct and otherwise implement research work (projects) and innovate ideas.

It aims to be the leading provider of academic and engineering information on electric power and energy for the betterment of society and to be the preferred professional development source for their members.

The IBU IEEE Student Branch also has a Power & Energy Chapter for students whose field of interest is more specific and more closely related to power and energy.
